LOVE THY SHADOW

A Powerful Art-Based Therapeutic Workshop to Deepen Self-Awareness and Promote Self-Acceptance

In this highly experiential workshop, art-making will be used as a psychological tool to develop insight
and personal growth. This gentle self-directed therapeutic modality is based on the belief that art can be used to express our innermost thoughts and emotions, as well as revealing our 'SHADOW SELF'.

By getting in touch with our shadows, we acknowledge a dark side of us that drive our behaviours and outcomes in life. We can then choose to address or correct it, and integrate it into our conscious reality to bring about wholeness and authentic living!

This session will be conducted by a trained therapist in a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment.
Towards the end of the session there will be a short reflective process.
